At Deer Trail Teas, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products — including teas, herbs, and other food-related items — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to correct the issue. You may be asked to provide:

  • A photo of the damaged product and packaging
  • Your order number and shipping details

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us here as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
